Anti corrosion treatment of Cesspit is very important. Long time sedimentation of sludge in Cesspit will lead to normal operation of the sedimentation tank. Most of the sludge in the tank is organic, which will lead to rise of sludge after anaerobic fermentation. The sediment contains pathogens and heavy metal compounds, which will also harm people's health for a long time,
The main methods of operation are as follows:
1. First close the water inlet valve of the Cesspit, then turn off the power supply, solve the temporary drainage problem during construction, and hang a sign for warning.
2. The Cesspit treatment construction is a closed space, so ventilation work should be done first in consideration of safety, just in case.
3. Drain the sewage in the Cesspit
4. Dilute the sludge, then use a high-pressure pump to rinse the sludge and debris at the bottom of the sewage tank.
5. Inject clean water for flushing and drain in a timely manner until the sewage tank is clean.
6. Before the sludge is diluted, rinse it repeatedly with a suction truck. After the sludge is diluted, turn on the suction equipment to suck the sludge out through the pipeline.
7. The Cesspit shall be restored to service for corrosion protection, and relevant equipment and valves shall be checked for normality.
Attention shall be paid to protective safety measures when cleaning the Cesspit for anti-corrosion construction. Warning lines shall be set up within the scope of construction cleaning of Cesspit, and then special personnel shall be assigned to guard against accidents when non construction personnel enter the site. After the sludge in the Cesspit is cleared, the site environment should also be cleaned. According to the relevant provisions on dust prevention, in order to ensure that the Cesspit is cleared without bringing dust to the plant, a new dirt road should be opened in the open space around the plant, bypassing the production workshop, and the relevant person in charge should be responsible for it.
